About me and my therapy practice
My background is in Person-Centred and Existential Counselling, and I’ve been helping people since 2004. Over the years, I’ve incorporated various theories and practices into my approach, allowing me to offer a personalised, humanistic therapeutic experience. I work with individuals and couples.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can work together to navigate through any challenges you might be facing. Together, we can explore your inner beliefs and values, guiding you towards a more authentic way of living.
I am an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.
I also work with clients, or their partners, suffering from Sex and Pornography Addiction or compulsive behaviour.
I work online using Teams or Zoom and have a room in Central Southampton for face to face work.
My first session
After a brief phone call, we can arrange an initial one hour consultation where you can share your reasons for seeking counselling in more detail. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions about; me, my approach and counselling in general.
