About me and my therapy practice
Accredited Coach and Therapy Supervisor. Chair of Association for Coaching Special Interest Group for Supervision and volunteer on the Supervision Lead team informing future strategy.
Offering both therapy and coach supervision, I bring a range of experience and skill set for both new and experience therapist and therapists who also want to, or already practice as coaches.
Supervision for me is about creating a protected space to think and reflect. It offers a confidential framework within a collaborative working relationship in which the practice, tasks, process and challenges of the supervisee’s work can be explored. Supervision, is also about ensuring best possible service to the client, duty of care to self and ethical practice. Supervision is not a ‘policing’ role, rather a trusting and collegial professional relationship.
I offer face to face, group and virtual supervision.
