About me and my therapy practice

I believe all people are born with the ability to lead full and rewarding lives. Sometimes, people can get stuck, unsure of how to get going again. I see my role as helping you work out where you want to go and how to get there. I offer a warm, understanding approach, with an emphasis on genuineness and acceptance, to create a safe space to explore, to understand, and ultimately to work out how to get going again. At its heart, counselling is a healing conversation, which listens in a holistic way, and fosters ways of living a fuller life, more in touch with both ourselves and the relationships that are important to us.
