About me and my therapy practice
When life is difficult, whether it's due to loss, anxiety, depression, a relationship breakdown, trauma or low self-esteem, or maybe you're not really sure why you feel the way you do, talking things through in a safe, supportive environment can be a catalyst for change. Whether it is something specific you want to change or you simply don't want feel this way anymore.
I see many clients with anxiety, whether it be social anxiety, separation anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks or general anxiety.
I also have experience of working with clients who have gender dysphoria.
Talking about how things are really affecting you can make a big difference, whether you understand them or not, whether they seem too big or too small. So often it's the small changes that we make that have a positive impact on how you feel and how you see yourself. My role is to be with you on this journey through change, so that together we can explore your surroundings from different perspectives and find the right path for you.
I work from consulting rooms in central Warrington with plenty of parking nearby. I am available for daytime and evening appointments.
