WHAT IS COACHING?
The aim of Coaching is to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. It is a collaborative relationship between Coach and Client, which focuses on transforming the parts of your life that you want to improve. Coaching gives you the freedom to explore your thoughts and ideas in a relaxed, safe space and brings clarity to your decision making.
Coaching is not counselling or therapy and, although it may review things that have happened in your past, it doesn’t hold its focus there.
I offer coaching sessions that last for 1 hour and are conducted via Zoom. Face-to-face sessions can be arranged in Dorset and London by appointment.
