About me and my therapy practice

As a counsellor I offer a confidential space where worries or concerns can be explored within a supportive and professional approach to resolving them.

Practice description

I offer Face to Face at my Private Practice also can offer Telephone or Zoom which ever you feel suits your needs.

My first session

At our first meeting an assessment of the issue or concerns will take place and together identify an outline of what is needed. Some issues can be resolved using solution focused therapy (and have a definite end place) other difficulties take longer to resolve and require a different way of working, this can a little longer.
