About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in counselling women experiencing symptoms of the menopause.
These symptoms are often different for each women but can include anxiety, embarrassment over managing hot flushes, difficulties in your relationships, changes in your body, depression, exhaustion, trouble sleeping or lack of confidence.
Counselling can support you to not only overcome these difficulties but empower you with tools and support to manage your menopause and feel positive about the future.
I am Integrative, Humanistic, Accredited Counsellor and Self Help Expert with over twenty years of experience, I am passionate about supporting women through the menopause.
I have developed courses that deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to overcome these difficulties. The course is run over six weeks and is open to all women and all age groups. Please contact her directly to register for the next available course.
All sessions are online at present to due Covid.
My first session
When you first make contact with me I will offer a free 15 minute consultation. This for you to get a feel of who I am and ask me any questions you may have about what I can offer and how that may help you.
Then on our first full session there will be a little paperwork and we will start with whatever you want to talk about first.
