About me and my therapy practice
*Covid-19 (Coronavirus)* For as long as the pandemic continues and restrictions are in place, my practice will be entirely online. Several options are available for sessions: Skype, WhatsApp Video, FaceTime, Zoom - or just regular phone calls.
I am a fuIly accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with 15 years experience of working with a wide range of issues. I am based next to Chancery Lane station, in Holborn.
There are many reasons for wanting to begin counselling or psychotherapy, although you needn't be clear about your own. My aim, both initially and throughout, is to help you give voice to, as well as understand more fully, those areas of your life that feel difficult, painful, unfulfilled or stuck. Such understanding can be useful, illuminating and cathartic in it's own right, but beyond this, it can also help us make decisions about those things we may wish to change, and come to terms with those things that we can't.
The fee for the Initial Session is £40.00. All subsequents sessions are £75. I also have a set amount of concessionary spaces available starting at £55 - do get in touch to enquire about these.
Please follow the link to my website (on the left, above) for a fuller picture of my approach and how I work.
