About me and my therapy practice
I work as an integrative counsellor where I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for you to improve your well-being.
Your mental health is always my top priority, therefore I will explore the emotional issues that you are experiencing with the utmost compassion and empathy. We will work together in order to help you be in the best mental and emotional state possible.
Should you wish to be physically fitter, I can use my history as a personal trainer to provide personalised and appropriate exercise suggestions for you.
I believe I have all the necessary skills to help you feel happier and healthier.
Practice description
I practice solely through online counselling. This is done in order to maximise comfort, convenience and accessibility to the service for you, regardless of mine or your location.
My first session
If you would like to book a session then please phone or message me. Our first session will be a free 15 minute consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your needs and wants from counselling, as well your pre-counselling questionnaires.
