About me and my therapy practice
I work as an integrative counsellor where I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for people to improve their total well-being.
Mental health underpins everything I do so I explore the emotional issues that people are experiencing with compassion and empathy. I am also a believer that physical health and mental health are linked. As a result of that, if agreed upon between myself and my client, I use my history as a personal trainer to provide personalised and appropriate exercise suggestions for all my clients.
Practice description
I practice solely through online counselling. This is done in order to maximise comfort, convenience and accessibility to the service for all my clients, regardless of mine or their location.
My first session
If you would like to book a session then please phone or message me. Our first session will be a free 15 minute consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your needs and wants from counselling, as well your pre-counselling questionnaires.
