About me and my therapy practice
Hello and thank you for choosing to look at my profile.
Are you finding life difficult and challenging at the moment? Maybe leaving you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, isolated, with your mind full of thoughts and worries? Maybe you don't really know how you're feeling. It's at times like this that I believe it is beneficial to have someone to talk too, someone who will offer support and really listen, empathically and without judgement.
As an experienced Integrative Counsellor my first priority will be to offer you a safe space where you feel accepted. Where you can press pause on life and have time just for you. Allowing you to be able to freely explore your inner thoughts and feelings.
I believe that we are all the experts on ourselves and my role as your Counsellor isn't to tell you what to do. It may not seem like it at the moment, but you are the only one who truly understands yourself and I will work with you and support you to help you in realising that.
I have a flexible way of working and will always be led by you and work at your pace. You are my priority and together we will explore the difficulties you are facing and the impact this is having on your life.
This exploration brings about a greater self-awareness and understanding, empowering you to be able to make changes and find the right path to move forward in your life, in a more positive and fulfilling way. A way that feels right for you.
I fully understand and appreciate that the thought of counselling maybe daunting.
