During the coronavirus outbreak I will be offering telephone consultations and walks in nature with social distancing. I will be happy to talk with you at a time that suits you within my normal working hours.
About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to provide a warm, welcoming safe environment where together we can explore any worries, problems or issues that are causing you any distress, sadness or anxiety.
I am also offering walks in nature as a form of therapy, the NHS currently advocate the positive effects of eco therapy and I agree that holding sessions in the open air can improve our wellbeing.
I have over 25 years’ experience in both educational settings and the NHS working with varying age groups and mental health issues such as bi-polar, autism and ADHD. I am a member of BACP
I have a private practice offering face to face sessions as well as offering telephone sessions. As I live beside the sea and the Norfolk Broads I can also offer eco therapy- walks in nature, these are sessions held outside which are either walking with social distancing or seated again with social distancing in a quiet peaceful area.
