About me and my therapy practice
I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work in my own private practice based in Orpington. I also have experience working in a local counselling organisation, The NHS - Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Patients, Addictions and the homeless.
I work with both long term and short term clients covering a wide range of mental health problems including Anxiety, depression, loss, addiction, stress, bereavement.
Talking therapy will give you the space to explore your feelings in a confidential, safe and non judgemental setting.
The therapeutic relationship that we share together on your journey is also extremely important. I hope you experience me as a warm, empathic and genuine person and feel comfortable in the knowledge that all that you share is private and confidential.
My first session
An initial consultation appointment will be required before counselling begins. The fee for the consultation is £45. I will ask you a few questions , talk to you about the way in which I work and if it will suit you, and your reasons for seeking help.
We can then decide if we are both happy to work together.
