About me and my therapy practice
Everyone goes though hard times, sometimes really hard times. When that happens it can be difficult to know what the right path to take is. To help you move in the best direction for you, we will work together in a confidential setting that will give you the much-needed space to explore your options honestly and safely.
My favourite quote from the counselling world is “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” - Carl Jung. This is something we are all capable of doing, we just sometimes need a little helping hand.
I offer short-term and long-term counselling based on your individual needs. I believe the key to therapy is the relationship, together we will build one of trust, respect, and collaboration in a safe environment.
I incorporate mindfulness into my work to assist you in building resilience and emotional recovery.

I understand that choosing the right counsellor for you can be a difficult decision. You may have questions about how counselling might work for you. To help you answer some of these questions, please book an initial session so that you can try out working in partnership with me and decide if we are a good match.
