About me and my therapy practice
I work in a relational way which means as we get to know each other I feel how it feels to be in my client's shoes and see things from their perspective and then we work through the difficulties together.
I work with children, young people and adults so am adaptable to empower whoever comes through the door to feel safe to share their real feelings in whatever way suits them best.
I value diversity and individuality in all its forms.
My first session
The first session is the same cost but without any commitment as often I find my clients get a lot out of that session. We do an assessment where you get to see how you feel working with me and talk about the issues in a holistic way without going too in depth straight away. This then enables us to set goals and work out what approach is going to work best for you.
