About me and my therapy practice

Most of us can experience difficulties in life and feel less able to cope - it can be overwhelming, lonely and frightening. I offer a non-judgmental and supportive relationship to enable each client to work at a pace and depth that suits them. I have experience of long and short term work with a range of clients and their presenting issues. My work as a therapist is enriched by my background in education and I have considerable experience of supporting teenagers and their families. I also have substantial experience in supporting clients following a bereavement. I work in Ealing, West London.
