About me and my therapy practice

I’m an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can begin to explore emotional struggles and the thoughts and feelings that drive them.

As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I pay close attention to how you relate during our sessions, offering insight into your relationships and internal world. Together, we reflect on patterns shaped by your early experiences, helping you better understand what may be keeping you stuck in cycles of anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt.

Experience

I’ve worked extensively with clients facing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, with particular experience in:

   •   Addictions

   •   ADHD / OCD

   •   Anger & emotional regulation

   •   Anxiety & depression

   •   Loss & bereavement

I also have a strong interest in working with cultural diversity, and exploring themes around sexuality, identity, femininity & masculinity.

Alongside my private practice, I work part-time as a counsellor at a London university, supporting young adults navigating complex emotional issues.

I also worked for several years at Mind in Camden, offering support to adults experiencing distress linked to hearing voices, paranoia, mood instability, and difficulties associated with personality disorders.
