About me and my therapy practice

I have always wanted to study and work in fields that allow me to impact a form of change in people's lives through various therapeutic approaches and modalities. Being a therapist is a significant sector that has allowed me to continue supporting and affecting people's lives, particularly regarding their mental health.

My abilities were acquired through significant schooling and training. My interest in this began when I sat with my great-grandmother and listened to her tell me about her life and experiences, including her challenges. My great-grandmother died at the age is 125. She was so kind and had the smile of an Angel. She is my inspiration, and she is the reason I chose to give my time to support people's mental health.

What I enjoy most about becoming a therapist is assisting others in obtaining the answers they seek via talking Therapy. Another benefit of talking Therapy is that it allows people to focus on promoting their health and well-being rather than reducing the negative impacts of health-related issues.

I am a fully accredited and qualified Counsellor and a Hypnotherapist. With these two skills, clients can choose what they feel works best for them, and my evaluations of every session involve them. Are you struggling with Loss of any kind? Is anxiety your primary issue affecting your everyday life? Or are you struggling to accept or come to terms with your sexuality? Marking Therapy is a safe space for you—a space where you are allowed to be you with no holding back.

I can also support you in dealing with all forms of addiction, body image/ confidence, smoke cessation and many more.

My services include video/ online sessions, telephone sessions, face-to-face, travelling to clients' preferred locations and even going for walks or drives. The client is the focus, and I incorporate my skill of empathy and active listening throughout every session to ensure you are heard.
