About me and my therapy practice

I am a person centred therapist and am qualified to work with adult clients. I work in a way that is lead by the client and what they want to discuss in a given session. I have worked as a therapist for 19 years and as such I have experience working with clients with a variety of difficulties and distresses. I attempt to be empathic, supportive and non judgmental. I usually see clients weekly at the same time in the same place.
