I appreciate how difficult it can be to make the first move into counselling. By undertaking counselling you are coming from a position of strength and being pro-active in your recovery. I can help you see a different path. Often if we are depressed or anxious it is difficult to see a way to change. I work closely with clients in a calm, non-judgemental space, my focus is you. I have lots of experience having been a therapist for more than 15years. My speciality is loss of all kinds, bear in mind that loss is not just losing through death. Also I have lots of experience with anxiety and depression and many other issues. 

I am a qualified clinical supervisor with many years experience supervising students and qualified counsellors. I also have a supervision profile.  I am also a qualified couples therapist.

I have some places for students seeking supervision / therapy at a reduced rate. My usual single rate is £45 and £60 for couples. Usual supervision rates are £45per hour. I do single and group supervision.

I am now offering sessions on Zoom or telephone.

I offer online supervision on Zoom.

I have been a qualified supervisor since 2012. During this time I have supervised many students, qualified therapists singly and in groups. Many of my Supervisees  have been with me for years. 

I see supervision as enabling the Supervisee to see her/his client more clearly and to ‘unstick’ them so they can help their clients to see the path they want to be on. 

Supervisees bring very varied situations to supervision from loss , depression to teenage problems and childhood problems. 

As in therapy I try to help the Supervisee to find their own answers through deep discussion and support so they can in turn help and support their clients.

I work from home so I can do face to face, online or telephone. I am flexible and willing to try to find a time that suits the Supervisee. I charge £45ph and £40 for single students.
