I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore what you are currently experiencing and finding a way forward for you. I work in a client led way of working, as I believe that the client is the expert on themselves.

Practice description

I am now back working face to face however during these still uncertain times for some, where face to face counselling may not be suitable then I am offering Telephone/Zoom video call sessions. My aim is to provide different platforms to support my clients' whichever suits them best

please note I currently work on the 3rd floor of a building which does not have a lift.

My first session

The initial meeting will be at a reduced rate of £40 to ensure that working together works for both of us
