About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I work flexibly with each person to suit their needs. I can help deal with anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction, bereavement and many other issues. While some people may prefer to work in a solution-focused way to address an immediate concern others might be seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their past.
My way of working is based on our relationship, rather than any specific theoretical model. It is through our relationship that we explore your experience, your feelings, needs and wants in a non-judgemental, contained space. Through our work together it is my hope that clients develop a better understanding of themselves and leave with an increased level of confidence that comes from acceptance.
I began training in the field of psychology and psychotherapy in 2014 having completed a BSc in psychology and counselling and an MSc in therapeutic counselling in London. I also train psychotherapists on MSc level and teach counselling at undergraduate level at a London university.

Availability
I work flexibly to meet each supervisee's needs and offer 60 or 90 minute individual supervision weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I also offer 90 minute group supervision, typically with up to 3 members. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any specific need you would like to discuss.
About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right supervisor can be as complex as finding the right therapist. Supervision is not just a space to talk about client work—it is also a place to reflect on your own process, your clinical identity, and how the work is affecting you.
As an integrative clinical supervisor, I offer a collaborative and relational space that allows for deep thinking about practice. I’m particularly interested in the relational dynamics between therapist and client, and how these interact with what emerges in supervision. I see supervision as a living relationship that evolves over time, offering a frame where discomfort, uncertainty, and complexity can be explored without pressure to resolve or perform.
My approach draws from psychodynamic and existential perspectives, but is not bound by a single model and I am flexible in accommodating your ways of working. I work with both trainees and experienced practitioners who want to think more deeply about their work—whether that means exploring difficult transference material, working with risk, navigating endings, or simply staying connected to why they do the work in the first place.
I value openness, curiosity, and the capacity to sit with things that don’t always have clear answers. If you’re looking for a supervisor who will support your clinical thinking while also inviting you to bring your full self into the supervisory space, I may be a good fit.
Supervision is available at a reduced rate for trainees and those just starting out in private practice and have a limited number or clients. I offer both individual and small group supervision, online or in person in South East London.
Practice description
Supervision with me offers a space to think deeply about your clinical work, I’m interested in the realities of the work as it’s actually lived and work with whatever arises as a guide to exploring issues but also celebrating succeses.
What you can expect is a reflective and grounded space where your responses to the work matter just as much as your clinical observations. Whether you’re navigating something emotionally complex, intellectually challenging, or ethically uncertain, we stay with it and think together. This includes attention to how supervision itself is experienced—how our relationship reflects, contains, or complicates the work.
My first session
The first session is a space to explore whether working together feels like a good fit, focussing on you, your practice, and what you’re looking for in supervision.
We’ll talk about your clinical background, what brings you to supervision now, and any previous experiences of supervision—what’s been helpful or unhelpful. We’ll also consider your hopes and expectations for our work, including why you’ve reached out to me and what kind of supervisory relationship you’re looking for.
I may ask how you found me, whether you’re in training or qualified, your current practice context, and any relevant membership or accreditation status. We’ll also cover frequency and duration of sessions, and whether any paperwork or reports are required. I don’t charge for brief admin tasks, but substantial written work (e.g. full reports) may incur a fee.
You’re welcome to bring anything you feel would be useful for me to know about you or your work. This might include any hesitations, dynamics you’re aware of in our initial meeting, or reflections on how supervision could best support you.
The first session is charged at my standard supervision rate.
