About me and my therapy practice
My therapeutic approach is humanistic, which means that I believe that we each have our own unique understanding of our lives and of events that happen. All evidence points to the therapeutic relationship as the critical factor in any counselling therapy so I work with each client according to their particular needs. I believe we are equal partners in this journey.
Practice description
I work face to face or online to offer you a safe space in which to reflect on the breakdown of a relationship, stress, loss of confidence, a bereavement or low self-esteem. Many of my clients feel anxious and upset, sometimes they feel like they have lost their direction and maybe even a part of themselves along the way. I work with them to help them to process these changes and gain a deeper understanding of the road that they have travelled so far. Counselling and psychotherapy can help identify unhelpful patterns of behaviour so that we can feel more empowered in our choices.

About me and my therapy practice
My therapeutic approach is humanistic, which means that I believe that we each have our own unique understanding of our lives and of events that happen. Much of my work is with people who are suffering with trauma. All evidence points to the therapeutic relationship as the critical factor in any counselling therapy so I work with each client according to their particular needs. I believe we are equal partners in this journey.
