About me and my therapy practice
If you are feeling lost, low, stuck or anxious I might be able to help. As a Counsellor/CBT Therapist there’s flexibility in what I offer to suit your individual needs.

Areas I commonly work with are: anxiety, panic, low mood, low self esteem, inner critic, family/relationship issues, midlife / menopausal stresses, loss.

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and can integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) if appropriate. I am a registered member of the BACP and work in line with their code of ethics.
Our relationship is key and the basis of sessions. I will accept and listen to you with warmth and non-judgement, working hard to understand what is like to be you. Sessions provide validation, perspective, clarity and a better understanding of self.
CBT training means that I can empower you in a more educative way. We can work together and focus on an area of desired change looking at thoughts and/or behaviour to reduce unwanted feelings.
My first session
I offer a no obligation initial phone consultation to see if I’m the right person to help you.
In our first session we will explore further what has brought you to counselling and look at hopes/goals.
