About me and my therapy practice
I offer face to face counselling sessions to adult individuals and couples who may be feeling vulnerable and wish to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour.
Counselling sessions are available in Ipswich on a regular basis; short term or long term, and I provide online counselling via Skype.
By utilising a variety of therapeutic approaches, I can help you to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable in a safe and confidential place.
There are many reasons why people find counselling beneficial. Counselling provides a place that is separate from everyday life with someone who is trained to listen attentively and care for their mental wellbeing. I can help you with unresolved painful memories, to gain control in a difficult life situation, and to find the strength to move forward. By talking about how you are feeling and exploring the root causes of your emotional discomfort, I can help to alleviate many presenting problems.
