About me and my therapy practice

I am an Accredited (BACP), fully qualified counsellor with over 15 years experience. I work with Adults, Young people and children. 

Qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

Post Graduate Certificate in Children's Mental Health

I currently Practice from The Wellbeing Centre at Buckshaw, a Private Therapy Centre, which I co-own.

My career to date has led me to work with people from a variety of backgrounds, within the NHS, The Priory hospital, Preston and The Royal National institute for the Deaf and Runshaw Collage, Leyland.

I work from my core training as a Person Centred Counsellor, with my central role in counselling being to provide a place of acceptance through empathy and understanding, where a person can explore their issues safely, building a therapeutic relationship.
