About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Sarah.
I am a fully qualified Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I'm insured and a registered member of the BACP, with several years experience working with clients.
I have worked with a wide range of clients through the NHS IAPT at a GP surgery (male, female, them, varying ages and presenting issues) and have been working in Private Practice and online for the past few years.
Areas I can help with are:

Social anxiety
Bereavement

Problems at work
Sexual identity
Religion
Cultural issues
Overcoming stress and burnout, overcoming negative life patterns
Addictions
Personal growth and transformation, establishing healthy boundaries, understanding relationship dynamics, connecting more deeply to your inner self and you're intuition, understanding your emotions.
The integrative approach allows me to tailor the experience for each individual, helping you to get the most out of your experience. The modal I use draws on the principles of Psychodynamic, Person Centred, Mindfulness and CBT. In our work together I hope to give a new understanding and practical tools which will serve you in the future. At the heart of my practice is the understanding that our relationship is the key component for successful therapeutic outcomes. I hope and aim to provide a warm, safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to allow you to challenge established ways of thinking and being. Working collaboratively I aim to help you evaluate your needs to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, allowing you to make empowered choices.

I will always put my effort into building a safe space for my clients to explore their inner world, I offer a non-biased, confidential and empathic environment for this explorative work to take place.
