About me and my therapy practice
My goal is to help my clients reconnect with themselves, to find out who they are and what they want out of life and then figure out how we can work together to achieve those goals, finding a little joy along the way to appreciate how far they've come and what they've accomplished already. We will explore your past and present circumstances, your relationships, environment and explore how they've impacted you and developed your defense mechanisms and coping strategies, I take a holistic approach to achieving wellness in the body and mind. I work as an integrative counsellor and adapt my approach to each individual client, I know how daunting it is to start this process so we'll work at your pace, the models I work with are Person Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Mindfulness. I like to take a holistic approach to therapy where we'll explore the mind/body connection to find peace within.
During this unprecedented time of self isolation, where tensions, anxiety and worry are high, lets take this opportunity to work on ourselves, take a journey within, lets try to work through your fears, past hurts and experiences to get to a more positive outcome for the future.

My first session
I offer a no obligation first session, in our first session we will take a look at whats brought you to therapy, explore an overview of your current situation as well as your expectations or previous experience with therapy.
