About me and my therapy practice

I’m an experienced counselling practitioner working in Farnham and surrounding areas. I draw upon my specialist training to offer a bespoke and personal therapy plan for you. I work with adults on a one to one basis.

I offer a confidential opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a non-judgemental environment. My training in Humanistic counselling enables me to draw on different ways of working in order to suit your own personal style and needs, using elements of Transactional Analysis and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

Our initial consultation would provide an opportunity for you to talk about what has lead you to seek counselling, see how you feel talking to me and to discuss how we might work together going forward.
