About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I will work with you in an integrative way to provide you with the therapy that will meet your individual need in a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental environment. Integrative counselling means I studied different theoretical approaches which covered various counselling approaches like Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic approaches and theories. My study of these theories has led me to understand more about human suffering and how to help.
My own difficult experiences in life helps me to understand your life’s difficult experiences and challenges you have been through or may be going through now. I value and accept you as a person without judgement and will create a nurturing space for you to explore the difficult and stressful issues in your life.
I support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress and various disorders. I will be there for you to support you in whatever you want to talk about when working with you.
I work with people of various age-group with diverse issues. I have experience of working with individuals who are mentally challenged and suffering with various forms of mental health issues and disorders, supporting them to reach and achieve a balanced mental wellbeing for a better fulfilling life.

My first session
It can be scary to embark on your first counselling journey. At the initial session, we will discuss your concerns you are bringing to counselling. This first session will help us both discuss how we will work together and helps start our trusting and understanding counselling relationship which helps us work better together.
