About me and my therapy practice
Hello and warm welcome to my page.
I am trained and practice Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I aim to work according to your need and with what will benefit you more as an individual when working with you. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with adults and young adults looking for support managing stress, anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, feeling sad, relationship issues, work stress, emotional dysregulation, and anger amongst others.
RELATIONSHIPS: I work with couples and individuals struggling in their relationship.
I provide counselling support committed to listen, hear you, and support you to reach and achieve a better manageable emotional and mental wellbeing.
My integrative therapy approach is provided in a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental environment; and is tailored and aimed to meet your unique individual need. A therapy that genuinely is about you.
I value and accept you as a person without judgement and will create a nurturing space for you to explore the difficulties you are facing and to find healing and personal growth.

Choosing online sessions also means distance is not an issue. you can have your sessions from any part of the nation.
Online sessions may also help you feel more safe if you are concerned about Covid-19, or if your mobility is limited.
