£50 for 50 minutes, for individuals.
£70 for 60 minutes, for couples.
About me and my therapy practice
We all face difficulties in our lives. Having supportive sessions, where we can safely and privately share our thoughts and feelings, can help us to work through our problems and our emotional responses to them, to find positive ways forward.
I get great results, with many clients finishing as happy bunnies in around three months. Sometimes less, sometimes longer - everyone is individual and always valued as such.

There are many different types of therapy. Mine is Integrative, offering a holistic, eclectic approach that combines several recognised therapeutic styles. I provide a relaxing, confidential space where individuals and couples can share the things troubling them, without fear of bias, judgement or ridicule.

Sessions are run to fit you, not the other way round.
From the very beginning, clients are supported to share and better understand their situations and why they are feeling the way they do - guided towards the changes and solutions needed, for well being and happiness.
Common issues include anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, abuse, anger, trauma, family or relationship troubles and have successfully helped with all of these, as well as others.
Couples counselling is undertaken, regardless of gender. Sometimes just two sessions have been enough to help couples reframe their thinking and approach to each other. In other cases it takes longer and, as is human nature, sometimes couples come to realise they are no longer suited to each other. In such cases, the focus usually becomes how to separate amicably, especially when children are involved.

Sessions are adapted to you, as we go, to best suit what comes up and your needs on any given day. It is kind, caring, supportive process that helps guide you forward. There is never any criticism, only unconditional, positive regard and progress at a pace to suit you. Clients are free to breathe, relax and be themselves. There is homework, tailored to session findings and progress is faster when it is done but this is not school - no telling off is ever involved.
When clients are ready to part ways, the door is never closed. Former clients are always welcome to come back for a 'top up' session - an example is a client who got back in touch when expecting their first child. One session was all it took.
Sessions are run face to face or online.
There are two comfortable leather sofas, one for clients, one for myself. It is an environment where you can relax and get everything off your chest, as you are helped towards positive solutions. My talking therapy is more than just talking - it is a professional, holistic therapeutic process.

If you have never been to therapy before, don't worry. Am one of those people who is simply not at all scary - as both my students and children have told me. Clients are free to breathe, relax and be themselves. No time is wasted filling out forms or paperwork that can be done at home.
