About me and my therapy practice
I have worked (variety of settings) with individuals, couples and groups for many years.
I offer a comfortable safe space for you to come engage in therapy, which if you have never done so before, can seem like a very daunting journey.
One of the most important things to remember is that you will never be asked to reveal anything about yourself that you are ready to share and talk about. You set the pace of the therapy and you decide what we talk about.
You will see from the list of issues I am used to working with that I have had a considerable amount of experience. However that does not mean that I hold your answers to all your questions. What it does mean is that I have had experience enough, that if we get on well and you feel at ease working with me, I will help you explore and understand what is going on for you and how we can work at helping you gain control back in your life.
