About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified integrative counsellor I believe everyone has a unique experiencing of the world with individual needs and responses. When healthy conditions are present and individual thoughts and feelings are understood, this allows for growth and understanding promoting a healthier way of being.
I will endeavour to offer the healthy conditions of acceptance and empathy in a genuine and unconditional way facilitating the process of personal growth and understanding. My commitment is to provide a safe, confidential, nonjudgemental and relaxed environment for exploration and self-discovery giving opportunity for reflection on your individual thoughts and feelings at your own pace. This provides the possibility of a clearer understanding of yourself, your relationships and reactions and responses to life experiences giving opportunity for empowerment and change, along with the tools to manage life in a healthier and more adaptive way.
I offer 6 weekly sessions with the opportunity to continue into an open ended contract with regular reviews. I attend regular training and monthly supervision to ensure ongoing good practice.
