About me and my therapy practice
Due to COVID19, I am seeing people exclusively online. I offer short term as well as long term therapy.
My style of working is informed by Attachment Theory (BACP & UKCP registered), and hypnotherapy. These and other modalities give me a broad array of tools with which to help you feel better sooner. My first session
If this is your first experience of psychotherapy, you might find the idea of talking about yourself a little daunting. So I invite you to schedule an initial consultation session so you can try it out with no commitment.
In this session, you can ask any relevant questions you might have about how therapy can help you or about how I work. And importantly, the consultation will give us the chance to see if we are a "good fit", that is, whether we feel comfortable working together.
