About me and my therapy practice
If this is your first experience of psychotherapy, you might find the idea of talking about yourself a little daunting. So I invite you to schedule an initial consultation session so you can try it out with no commitment.
In this session, you can ask any relevant questions you might have about how therapy can help you or about how I work. And importantly, the consultation will give us the chance to see if we are a "good fit", that is, whether we feel comfortable working together. (My fee is £120 per session which is payable when we meet.)
My style of working is informed by Attachment Theory (I am UKCP registered), and hypnotherapy. These and other modalities give me a broad array of tools with which to help you feel better sooner. To learn more about me, do visit my website. The FAQs and Getting Started pages may answer many of the questions that may help you to get started.
I can usually arrange to meet with you within 1 week from your initial contact. My practice is based in Shoreditch and is well served by public transportation.
I look forward to meeting you.
