About me and my therapy practice
My empathetic nature and non-judgemental manner creates a safe space where clients feel heard, understood and valued. An integrative approach to counselling allows me to use and blend different types of therapy, providing a personalised and effective way of working with each individual client.
I help clients navigate life’s challenges by empowering them to face their difficulties and problems, at their own pace and with patience. My toolkit of therapeutic methods and techniques (including CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic modalities) means that I tailor sessions to suit the unique needs of every client.
