About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I am an integrative therapist based in the South East of England, providing convenient remote sessions online.

I understand that sharing parts of yourself that you usually keep hidden can be daunting, I offer a warm and confidential space in which you can begin to do this. Whatever has brought you to this moment, whether you're feeling lost, depressed, or anxious, I’m here to offer both support and gentle challenge to empower and enable you to gain clarity in your life.

I am a down to earth, qualified therapist with professional experience of working in various settings including Bereavement and Higher Education. I have worked successfully with a range of people, from professionals to retirees, new mums and students covering a range of issues. It has been a privilege to help my clients heal and see positive change in their lives.

Above all I believe in building a connection that is respectful and collaborative. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, gender identities and sexual orientations. If you would like to discuss the possibility of starting therapy but are unsure if it's for you, feel free to call or send an email and I will gladly get back to you.

Practice description

I use a holistic individualised approach, and work at a pace and depth that is appropriate for you.

As an Integrative Therapist, I weave different branches of psychotherapeutic theories together to meet your needs, mostly informed by Psychodynamic (exploring the impact of early childhood on adult life) and Person-Centred modalities (the belief we can grow in a facilitating environment).

My first session

I offer an initial consultation at a reduced rate of £40. Here we explore what has brought you to therapy and I can answer any questions you may have. It is through this process that we can find a way forward to support you with your concerns.

If you decide to pursue therapeutic work, your sessions will be at the same time each week. We can agree to a fixed series of sessions, or leave it open for longer term work, according to your needs and preferences.

What I can help with

Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Health related issues, Identity issues, Loss, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Spirituality, Stress, Women's issues, Work related issues

Types of therapy

Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic, Relational, Transpersonal
