About me and my therapy practiceI am an integrative therapist and work with children, young people and adults. I have experience working with a wide variety of people, seeking to alleviate/manage issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence issues, anger, childhood trauma, and emotional regulation. I also work with bereavement and loss.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space that supports you in your journey towards healing and achieving your full potential.
I can help you gain insight and understanding of yourself in terms of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I believe each client is unique and adapt how I work to meet my client's needs.
I use different schools of counselling and psychotherapy to allow for personal discovery and help you create positive change in your life. You may want to challenge your anxieties, develop new habits, change your outlook, regulate your emotions, or improve your relationships.
I use mindfulness techniques in sessions in order to help you become more in tune with your body, mind, and soul and become more present in your daily life.
The structure of our sessions together will always aim to generate actions, designed by you that will help you to travel further along this path, in an authentic, genuine way.
My first session
Our first session will involve an assessment and an opportunity to explore goals and understand how we can work together. We can discuss what you would like from your sessions, and whether you would prefer long-term or short-term therapy.
