About me and my therapy practice
I believe psychotherapy provides the opportunity to connect with your Inner-Spirit through self-reflection and exploration. I have a heart-centred approach to therapy and provide a warm, safe environment essential for this process of awareness to unfold.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, angry, resentful, guilty, invisible, shameful, depressed or despondent. Perhaps you have lost your sense of purpose, feel like you don’t know who you are anymore, search for the answers to questions that you have not found yourself asking before?
Therapy sessions provide the time and space for you to have an honest conversation without judgement, to put down the mask you present in the outside world, and to be yourself, no more hiding or pretending. A commitment to therapy is a commitment to strengthening your relationship with the Wisdom an Intuition held within. This will enable you to gain insight on what is happening in your life right now, how you got to here and what to change so you can feel alive again. By living your life more authentically you can re-connect with your innate sense of joy, playfulness, compassion, humility, contentment, purpose, truth and all the aspects that make up your unique Soul Nature.
It takes courage to look for a therapist when dealing with uncertainty and challenges. Sometimes when it seems like things are falling apart they can be falling into place. Therapy can be the first step to beginning the transformation that is being called upon. By taking a Mind, Body and Soul approach I can provide you with holistic support on your journey to greater clarity.
I am a member of both the UKCP and BACP.
