About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering both long and short term therapy. Creating a supportive, non-judgemental environment I will help you to explore your difficulties and concerns. Working together to understand the connections between your early and current relationships, I will support you in developing a deeper understanding of your recurring emotional challenges.
Choosing to begin therapy can feel challenging - particularly at a time when you might be struggling with difficult thoughts and feelings. Through empathy and insight therapy can help you to face the emotional difficulties in your life.
I work with people facing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem, existential crisis, and sexuality and identity issues. If you would like to find out more, please feel free to contact me.
I am currently working online and all sessions are held remotely. I will be returning to in person therapy in autumn ‘21.
My first session
We would have a first session to think about what you need from therapy and if this would work for you. If you decided to continue, sessions would then be weekly.
