About me and my therapy practice
Hi! I’m Charlotte. I love helping people live with more authenticity, compassion and meaning.
As well as 1:1 work, I host an email community where I offer practical tools, guidance and insights to support your healing journey, whether you're a client or not. I invite you to join via my website where you'll receive a free guided meditation once you've subscribed.
Over my many years in practice, I've supported people to make genuine shifts and changes in their lives and I hope to support you in doing the same.
Therapy with me is non judgemental, compassionate and dynamic. It’s a space where we can take a look at the difficult stuff together and where I'll support you in growing towards where you want to go.
In our sessions, you'll be guided to discover the origins of your belief systems to understand what’s informing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the present. I enjoy working holistically and include the mind, body and spirit.
Together, we will process past experiences, let go of what’s not helpful now and reimagine new ways of moving forward.
I understand one to one work with a therapist doesn't suit everyone which is why I host an email community to offer guidance, support and practical tools outside of traditional talk therapy.
As well as offering weekly or fortnightly sessions, I provide one-time, 90 minute single sessions using a more targeted and solution focused approach. Please ask on enquiry to discuss suitability.
