Hi, I'm Sara, I am a qualified person centred counsellor that offers a safe, confidential space in which to talk and explore your feelings and thoughts and help you to understand yourself.

I provide a person centred approach meaning that I am led by the clients own experience, whatever the client brings to the sessions is what is explored. I also use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) where appropriate.

I also deliver Couples Counselling and  I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist.

By offering you a non-judgemental, confidential space where you can talk through your thoughts, explore, reflect and understand the difficulties you are experiencing we will together find ways for you to move forward.

I work with individuals and couples offering Person Centred Counselling along with CBT where appropriate in Leeds City Centre, Scarcroft, Wetherby and surrounding areas I work with a broad range of issues.

I offer a free introductory telephone consultation to enable us to see if we are compatible and able to work together to build on growing a therepeutic relationship.  

We would also talk through what your expectations are and what you want to achieve from your counselling sessions.
