About me and my therapy practice
I work with people like you, who want to feel better and have hit a low patch, struggling to juggle work, relationships and family life. During counselling we will work together discovering what is happening around you and the impact it is having on your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. I will provide a supportive environment that allows you to work through what you are experiencing and through our work together you will find a way to move forward, at a pace and in a direction decided by you.
I work with individuals of all ages, of diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds as well as individuals with disabilities, including hidden disabilities. My areas of specialty includes depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement and living with illness.
After our initial session, therapy outside can be organised, either as a "walk and talk" , or traditional sitting counselling sessions, in a woodland setting.
