About me and my therapy practice
Counselling is a confidential space where you can bring yourself and be seen and heard, just as you are. It can be difficult to reach out when you feel alone or stuck. Or, things can feel overwhelming and you might notice a need for support. Counselling can be a place where you begin to share your story and what brings you. You can expect to be listened to. Such a simple, but often rare, experience, of being really listened to, can have a powerful and transformative effect.
I am a warm and empathetic counsellor who offers a safe and non-judgmental counselling space in Queens Park London, NW6.
I work with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and welcome you in your individual race, ethnicity and heritage, social class, sexuality or gender identification and with any disability, religious or non-religious beliefs.
If you would like to arrange an initial message you can send me a confidential email, make use of my contact details or visit my website for more information. An initial session is £45 for a 50 minute session.
