About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Counsellor MBACP, and I provide face to face counselling in a safe, confidential environment.

Working as an integrative therapist means that I utilise different elements of other therapies in order to work with any presenting issues as I believe each client and their situation is unique. This allows therapy to be more flexible for clients and to this end I offer both short and long term counselling rather than a rigid set number of sessions. I offer reduced fees for assessment sessions, please email me to find out more.

I currently work both in private practice in two locations, Guildford and Newbury and, in addition, for the Priory Hospital and as Lead Relational Counsellor within a secondary school.
