I offer session Mon to Thursday on line  5.30 to 8pm , Fri 8am to 8pm and Sat 9am to 1pm in person.

I am BACP accredited  member and EMDR Europe accredited practitioner for both adults and children and young people. I work within the professional standards required for these professional bodies. I am also a Consultant in training with accreditation hopefully to be awarded in January. I work both privately as well as a Psychological therapist in the NHS Winchester offering DBT and EMDR to adults, working with complex trauma.

I have 18 years experience providing therapeutic intervention for adults, children and young people who have experienced trauma from a wide range of difficulties, such as Domestic and sexual violence ,  bereavement, abuse, relationship issues, depression, complex trauma , anxiety.

I am an integrative therapist  with a humanistic frame work.

This enables me to be creative and flexible in relation to the way my clients wish to work. I recognise the importance of working within the BACP ethical framework, which informs me of best practice and professional integrity.

This therapeutic approach allows me to support clients that may be experiencing PTSD from traumatic incidents in their life (such as car accidents, drowning, violence) , phobias, Anxiety, sudden loss sexual abuse. Some of the symptoms from PTSD can be , night terrors, flashbacks, panic attacks, confusion, memory loss, emotional overload.

I feel passionate that the therapeutic relationship is key to being able to be alongside the client, supporting them as they choose their path through life challenge. I

First session will be to get to know each other as  it's  important that the client needs to be in the right place at the right time with the right person. This to me is the essence of the therapeutic relationships with trust , empathy, safety.

5.30 pm to 7.30pm Mon - Friday 

9 am to 1pm Saturday

I am Integrative counsellor therapist registered and accredited member of the BACP also a EMDR Europe accredited practitioner, for both adults and children and young people. I work either face to face or on line with ZOOM, Skype, TEAMs, telephone and have undertaken additional training to enable me to practice safely in the current climate.

 I offer clinical Supervision to support other therapist / counsellors, working within the professional standards required for these professional bodies. I have 19 years experience providing therapeutic intervention for adults, children and young people who have experienced trauma as well as many other presentations . I am qualified to degree level, within a wide range of therapeutic models.Practicing has an integrative therapist with a humanistic foundation. 

I am European Accredited CYP and Adult EMDR Consultant offering Supervision for Practitioners , that will wish to become accreditted. The rates for this are Group £60 for 60 mins , 1-1 is £100 Adult EMDR practitioners,  EMDR CYP practitioners £120 for £60 mins. Any administration is charged as an additional cost for reviewing videos or accred form completion.

I offer clinical supervision for both 1 to 1 and group and trained to HE Level 6 Certificate in Supervision (Individual and Group).

My first session is offered to get to know each other and is free for consultation asa supervise, so there is no commitment at this point.  So that you and I can understand how we wish to work and that we are in tune with one another. So that we can provide the best clinical care and support  for you and your clients.
