About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy offering both brief (6-12 sessions) and long term therapy (open ended). I provide a non judgemental and confidential space for you to talk and explore what has led you to seek counselling.

Primarily, my approach is sensitive to each individual's needs and circumstances. Working empathetically, I provide a space and relationship that enables clients to gain support, understanding and insight.

I have experience working with young adults with Eating Disorders.

I offer daytime and evening consultations Monday to Friday with consulting rooms based in central Horsham, walking distance from the train station.
