About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Olivia and I offer short or long term therapy, depending on your needs, a short walk from Oxford Circus.
I am experienced in supporting people with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues and trauma. I also have further experience and specialist training in supporting people experiencing bereavement and loss.
Counselling offers a safe and supportive environment where you can explore whatever may be troubling you. I am committed to providing a space where we can work together to reflect and try and make sense of what is going on for you at the moment, as well as help you find your way through this experience. You may be going through a specific experience such as those listed above, or perhaps you don’t know what you are feeling, only that something isn’t right and you would like a change and someone to talk to. I welcome anyone regardless of whatever you may be experiencing and regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation or cultural or religious background.
