About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, passionate about helping you manage anxiety, navigate life transitions and improve your self-esteem. I believe in empowering you to create positive change in your mental health and emotional well-being.
Through therapy, we will explore your feelings, help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and overcome negative thought patterns. Together, we will explore your goals and experiences, develop effective coping strategies and help you move forward confidently.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I use different therapeutic approaches (including psychodynamic, CBT, solution focused, person-centred) to best meet your unique needs.
My practice is in Queens Park, W10 and Marylebone, W1U and online.
I offer flexible session options, including short-term, fixed-term, and longer term therapy and and offer face-to-face and online sessions. Sessions take place weekly and last 50 minutes.
I offer a free 15 minute introductory call to ask initial questions and to give you the chance to decide if you wish to arrange the first session.
