About me and my therapy practice

I provide a supportive, calm and non-judgemental space to discuss your worries and help you find ways of coping with the challenges you are facing. My clients have described me as kind, friendly & understanding.

I will work with you to create a supportive and collaborative relationship, so that you feel comfortable to talk at your own pace, without any pressure or any judgement.

Alongside helping you to understand any underlying reasons why you may be feeling the way that you do, I can also help you with practical ways to support your mental health and well-being. Supporting you to find the ways of coping that work best for you, whilst we work to address the root cause of the issue so that this does not continue to impact you in the same way.

Whilst I work with individuals of all ages, I do have a number of years' experience of working with young people. So if you are a parent looking for support for your child, then get in touch if you'd like to find out more about how I work.

Practice description

I am currently offering sessions online over Zoom call, or by phone if preferred. This means you can have your counselling sessions from the comfort of your own home.

When arranging our sessions together, I will provide you with a unique meeting link for our sessions, as well as providing more information about what to expect from online counselling.

I offer both short and long-term counselling depending on your needs, which we can discuss during our first session together.

Sessions are usually on a once weekly basis, held at the same day and time each week.

Our initial session will be used to discuss what you would like to gain from counselling, so that I know how I am best able to help and support you.
