About me and my therapy practice
So you’ve decided to look for a psychotherapist? That’s the first step. Now where do you go from here?
- I believe that at the heart of your journey will be the relationship that develops between you and your therapist. It is essential that you find someone with whom you can connect and learn to trust. If trust is a big word, then connection will do to start. I offer one-to-one hour-long sessions where you can fully explore yourself through talking, feeling and sensing in a safe environment. Only you can fully experience what it means to be you. I firmly believe that healing and growth is within us all. Even when hope is elusive, it can be held firmly by ‘an other’.
I work within an ethical, safe and boundaried framework. I have experience working within the voluntary and NHS sector. I am currently undertaking Masters level training and will be offering discounted fees.
Please feel free to contact me to chat about what you might need.
