About me and my therapy practice

You may be feeling down or experiencing feelings of anxiety. You may have experienced a loss which is proving hard to get over or just feel generally confused by the direction in which life is taking you. Sometimes it is hard to open up to friends and family and it can feel easier to speak with someone professionally trained and removed from the situation.

I offer a welcoming, supportive and confidential space in central Bath in which you can freely discuss difficulties in your life. Through warmth and compassion, I aim to create a collaborative relationship in which we work together to explore the best way for you to move forward with your life.

Having practiced since 2009, I have experience of working with many different people and areas of suffering. I am registered and fully accredited with the BACP - being accredited involves a rigorous assessment procedure and is considered to reflect a robust standard of competence and experience. I also work at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling as a Tutor training students on their Counselling Diploma course.
