About me and my therapy practice
Choosing the right therapist is an important decision - my hope is that we can build a therapeutic relationship that is unique to us but empowers you to make the changes you want.
Essentially, I believe that counselling is about making changes and that we all have the potential to achieve it. Sometimes life is challenging and, particularly at these times, it can be hard to believe that change is possible.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. Insured and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their Ethical framework for the counselling professions.
I am trained to work in a variety of ways on either a short or long term basis. We will talk about how best to meet your needs in our first session and review this regularly to make sure you are getting the most from our time together.
I currently have daytime hours available on a Monday or Tuesday.
