About me and my therapy practice

Do you ever feel like past experiences are holding you back from living fully in the present?

Are you longing to break free from past patterns and learn to approach yourself with kindness and understanding?

If this speaks to you, I’m here to support you in finding a path forward with greater self-compassion.

Our earliest relationships shape who we are today, influencing how we connect with others and how we see ourselves. Sometimes, past experiences leave us feeling trapped in patterns that affect our present lives. This isn’t about placing blame—it’s about understanding where these thoughts and feelings come from so you can move forward with greater self-awareness and compassion.

I take a trauma-informed approach, working to help you explore how your body and nervous system hold on to past experiences. Together, we’ll focus on building a strong mind-body connection, creating space for safety, healing, and growth—both within yourself and in your relationships.

In our therapeutic relationship, my hope is that you’ll find a way to move forward feeling more connected and grounded.

Practice description

I practice in the heart of Ewell Village in Surrey with easy access by car, train or bus. Please contact me for details.

My first session

I offer a full initial session at 50% of my standard fee and usually conduct this session on Zoom. This will give us the chance to begin to get to know one another and talk about what has brought you here. The session will also give you a flavour of me as a therapist, to see whether counselling feels like the right thing for you and whether I feel like the right person to help at this time.

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision. My hope is that we can build a therapeutic relationship that is unique to us but empowers you to make the changes you want.
